Big G's Deli in Winslow, Maine is a well-known destination in central Maine. Founded in 1986, it has evolved from a small sandwich shop to a 200-seat restaurant in the town
of Winslow with 30 employees occupying a 5,400 square foot facility on 1.5 acres. Founder and co-owner Gerald Michaud, Jr. still plays a leading role in the kitchen.

Big G's boasts a varied and creative menu offering breakfast, lunch and supper seven days a week. Due to our unrelenting focus on quality and service, we have built an extremely
loyal customer base over the years, many of whom regularly make a special trip in order to enjoy Big G's particular brand of hearty "homemade style" food served at reasonable
prices. One recent sign of our success: Big G's was featured in the November 2005 issue of Down East Magazine as one of "150 Reasons to Give Thanks We Live in Maine".

The Big G's breakfast menu in particular has an unparalleled variety of options and lunch and dinner patrons can choose among dozens of different sandwiches, fried selections,
salads, pasta dishes, and daily hot meal specials. A key Big G's signature is that we bake all of our own bread and pastries daily, including whole wheat, pumpernickel, muffins,
cinnamon rolls, and several varieties of that Maine staple, the "whoopie pie".

We employ the most talented dedicated group of employees of any restaurant in the central Maine area, and this is proven by our exceptionally low turnover rate. We have proven that
careful on-the-job training and a fast-paced work environment can significantly enhance staff retention.
